‘Wissen schaffen - Zukünfte erzählen’ is the final symposium of the Sparkling Science project “Es wird einmal...”. On 26 and 27 September, a broad programme of lectures and interactive formats will be offered on the topics of citizen science, storytelling and teaching-learning research. On the day before, 25 September, there will also be a training course for teachers. All information can be found in the conference brochure.
In the Sparkling Science project ‘Es wird einmal ...’, pupils at six Lower Austrian primary schools researched a regional raw material in a three-part workshop cycle of fairytale workshop, cycle workshop, future workshop and on excursions. The accompanying research analysed the effects and potential of this approach to research-based learning.
